Relaxation

A relaxation style of massage tends to use gentle strokes or kneading and a light to moderate pressure on the body. The nervous system can calm down and the breath can slow down. The goal of relaxation massage is to decrease stress, relax muscles, decrease pain, and work out areas of tension in the body. This can be a good moment to receive invitations to help slow the breath, and quiet the mind.
